| Our new digital ultrasound unit, The Mylab, is the latest and most detailed digital units available. It's computer program allows us to measure and document inflamed and torn ligaments & tendons. It will penetrate limbs and backs to diagnose muscle tears or fractures as well. The unit has additional probes to evaluate horses’ lungs and abdomens. The ultrasound report may be copied on to a CD for further comparisons and as part of the horses’ medical record. It also can be e-mailed to owners or other professionals. A separate ultrasound unit is also available for all of our reproductive evaluations. |
